1) Longer Wear life

Kedar’s Rubber Mill Liners are engineered for exceptional durability and longevity. Through a pressure moulding process, these liners achieve the highest possible density, resulting in maximum abrasion resistance. Industry experts recognize Kedar’s liners as providing 1.5 to 2 times the wear life of traditional metal liners.

Kedar’s Rubber Mill Liners demonstrate strong corrosion resistance, able to withstand exposure to acidic and alkaline materials, as well as water or other solutions, at temperatures up to 80°C. In contrast, the Ball Mills used in wet grinding processes are more susceptible to corrosion from the pulp.

Our Rubber Mill Liners are 65% to 75% lighter than traditional steel liners. This reduced weight increases the energy efficiency of the ball mill by 15% to 18%. Additionally, the lighter liners put less stress on the mill, resulting in lower maintenance requirements.

The Leak Proof Rubber Mill Liners are engineered to create a full seal, effectively stopping any possible slurry leaks and safeguarding the Ball Mill’s shell from corrosion.

Their installation is simple and efficient, as the lightweight design of the Rubber Mill Liners minimizes downtime and improves the safety of the milling process.
